Greetings to everyone. hope you are having a great time? I had a great time making a meal this morning and I said to myself, why not share?
Beans and Ripe plantain porridge delicacy is a very well-known meal on this side of the world. Am sure if you have never tested it before, your Tommy will give you that grumble. Here is how it's prepared.
- Get just about enough beans and plantain for you or those willing to share with you. Pick the beans carefully if it comes with the shaft like the ones we have over here.
- An Onion
- 20ml of Oil
- 2 Maggi cubes
- 10-15 Fresh pepper (Depending on your taste)
- Wash and boil the Beans to soft.
- While waiting for the beans to soften, peel the ripe plantain and chop them into small sizes.


- Wash the fresh Peppers and Onion, then chop the Onion and ground the fresh pepper.
- When the Beans are soft enough, put them down and change the water then put it back on fire.
- Add the chopped ripe plantains into the softened Beans.
- Add your Palm oil, ground pepper, chopped Onion and Salt to taste and allow to boil and mix properly.
- When mixed properly, add the Maggie cubes for taste and allow the boiling pot to dry down.
- Once it's dry, put the pot down and stir with a spoon and it's ready to serve.. yummy!!
