Oh my, this was lovely. I am at a loss for words...I was walking in my baby woods last week and found myself kinda wanting to commune with the trees, thinking about the symbiosis in nature that I was witness to and considering the symbiotic relationship between humans and trees (I kid you not!!!), and I was going to do a Wednesday walk post on it...but life happened...then I thought...mmm Sublime Sunday, I can pop it there...didn't happen...Wednesday Walk again...DID NOT HAPPEN 🤣ROTFL Then I saw this post of yours yesterday and it just made me smile so much... so I said to Jack, let's go see what we can find in the woods. He was so in awe of your breathing tree but his main takeaway was:
What? Wait!!! Does she have a whole forest to herself???
When I told him you also live on top of a mountain he was seriously smiling the biggest smile hehe
So we went for a walk New Years Day late afternoon, just me and my 8 year old, in our baby woods. It was abnormally warm here, for the middle of winter...around 16 degrees C, I think they said for London on New Years Day! so we must be similar. We didn't find any breathing trees, but we did find something which we thought was quite special and got Jack super excited...

it was really the first time i saw a "breathing" tree. and the weird thing is - with my eyes - i could clearly see how that tree was broken in half
but on the video - the branches blurred with the tree - so you can't really see where the tree is broken - you can just see the "breath"
i don't know why! hahahahaha
It was breathing alright ...but it looked quite content 😊hehe maybe one day... I'll bring the whole fam... we'll come find you wherever you may be...with the minimum 3 weeks notice! 🤣💗
