I appreciate your effort here. It's a good one. I'll address some items that I feel are possible:

FIXED POST on the home page

Possible. Maybe we can do something on the current front end. A listing of policies. POB-Ecency appears to have some issues.

Welcome BOT

Possible. Research is required. I know StemGeeks utilizes a bot what welcomes new arrivals to POB discord. I believe we can direct them towards a "new arrival" room where the policies are pinned. We'd have to check to see how much it would cost to set up and maintain.

Anti-plagiarism BOT

Possible, but not feasible at this time. On Steemit, the Cheetah bot sought out plagiarism on that network. It cost $6000/month to maintain the bot. I'm not sure how much it cost to start it up or upgrade it. POB isn't making that kind of money at this time. Also, the bot was only capable of spotting a few types of plagiarism. It was like having an online plagiarism checker for Steemit if you know what I mean.

those who are in the role of curators of the POBleus project have certainly been stressed by this unbridled level of plagiarism.

I understand, trust me. Getting into a curator role opens your eyes wider to the problem people in HDR and HW sees daily across the board. I feel like we're only seeing and catching a fraction of the fraud that happens. The problems won't end. We can only try to keep pace with it.

Friend, I had no idea this absurd cost of the "cheetah" I really remember being a very efficient and powerful system. And without a doubt, we are not in a position to afford this type of cost. Maybe in the end the best thing is to have a group working solely to take care of plagiarism, something you've been doing with dedication and quality, but I would like to be a pob administrator and I would officially hire you with some more members to work on it officially hehe .
I believe that little by little we will end up finding solutions, I have some ideas that when I have more time I want to expose you about network update posts as some users already do and insert links to POB rules and conducts in it.
