Clearly, the rewards are offset due to @calumam's emergent hiatus. I will be able to support these rewards for the next two contests. Hopefully, Calumam will be back before then to resume the reigns of the WOTW contest.
My intent will be to pay the rewards for both the causality and spectrum contests next week.
Due to his unexpected absence, I decided to unstake some tokens to support the rewards pool. I will be able to pay the awards to the above-listed winners next week. I'm suitable for it.
No one expects problems to occur, but they have. Let's give Calumam a break and continue onward with his next word of the week!

Thanks. I can't take the credit though. The approach was based upon @Calumam's contest. I followed his method as closely as possible for this post. Also, the image for this article is Calumam's design.
Yeah, i understand you perfectly. But there's a saying 'give credit to who credit is deserved' So that be exactly what i'm doing, i mean you deserve the credit. Because a lazy person wouldn't be able to do what you just did. So it shows you are hardworking. Keep it up man!!

I really thought last week's word was supposed to be "casualty" and I was almost a casualty. If this was the Olympics I wouldn't have a medal. I'm just glad WOTW still includes a spot for me.
Still I think spectrum is too broad a topic to write on. You will have to show me how.

Yeah, those bases were a couple of days of pure enlightenment for me. Once I saw Cal's merit system it felt like a burning light lit in my mind and it wouldn't go out until the bases got written. I spent a long time researching that one. Jeez.

Things have been hectic for us the last couple of weeks IRL. Normally, I would have posted an update to the contest, but I have been unable to do so. However, I will rectify this issue this week with an update on Tuesday.

Nah, no need to be nervous. There are plenty of examples to follow as far as grading. However, the most important part is to have fun with your article. I feel that these articles tend to get rewarded more because of the level of scrutiny that goes into reviewing them. I think everyone wins out by participating.

@scholaris I didn't see a running total table showing total tally by author for this season so far towards the end of season placings. Is this something that you will be doing to incorporate last week's causality results and this weeks spectrum results or do we need to wait for Calum's return? Just asking...no pressure whatsoever...just thought it would be nice to see the standings after last week and once this week closes too ;-) i think we all need to dig deep to up our game as the diversity of writing contributions has been really fantastic.
For the entire season so far? I haven’t done that so far. Shouldn’t be too hard. I’ll give it a shot
Calum has a table going which I think had the first 2 weeks on it already if that helps :-) The WOTW season has a different prize structure for this season in terms of NFT allocation and POB. So POB would be allocated weekly with NFTs going to first 5 places (I assume Callum will be sending out the POB and NFT's for Causality winners when he is back?) I know you mentioned something about possibly doing the POB transfers on his behalf but I don't think I've seen anything come through ;-)
