Where I treat brains suffering from the black magic of imaginary monsters who eat the brain and make a person sick! Very Sick!
In this first clinical session, I choose the most important element of life i.e. "Happiness"
A very important, demanding, ignored element of life. Everyone needs happiness!
Did we ever ask ourselves that why do we need happiness? Our brain keeps on demanding happiness as fuel to survive in this world!!
Why does someone commit Suicide? because their fuel of happiness was over in their life?
Life is not a straight line rather it's like a slippery inclined mountain wherein on top of that mountain you would get success and on the bottom of that mountain, you would get failure.
In the continuous journey on this mountain, we always fall and try again!
The important part is "Keep Trying" and it's not the easiest part. Many people get exhausted and their fuel of happiness started getting over which was actually motivating them to try again.
The most important point I want to tell you is that the fuel of happiness is also get regenerated within your body, but in few people the generator of happiness started getting malfunctioning and that person gets trapped into a "Happiness Crisis" situation which ultimately creates a void of depression around them.
The void of depression is very dangerous because its like a leecher which suck out every motivation and positive thinking out of a person's body. We don't easily notice this void of depression in early stages until it grow big and make a person suffocate.
From failure to depression and from depression to suicide, This is a straight path that gets open when the generator of happiness started malfunctioning

Thats a wrong question and instead of that you should ask
Am I not Happy? Really?
asking yourself and finding happiness forces you to believe that you are not happy which is ultimately giving space to the void of depression.
Happiness is always within you, the moment you start finding it elsewhere make it invisible.
We tend to find happiness in materialistc success, which is very wrong because that state of happiness would vanish very soon and again you would carve for happiness.
By constantly finding happiness in this materialist world we tend to make our body believe that happiness is outside which is the first stage of creating a space for the void of depression.
You Should be happy just because you are Living
Life gives chance to make situations better
I don't believe in long posts where I stuff a lot of information and you feel like its too big and time consuming to read!
I would make post short and valuable which would maximum take few minutes of your life but would give you a lot of questions to think and a lot of answers to understand!
What ever question I asked today in this post, Just ask yourself in regular basis and you'll get to know about the power of realisation!
