I have more that 225 friends that got the Pfizer vaccine, myself included. Plus their friends, and the friends of their friends. I haven't heard of anyone getting disabled meanwhile... Fake news for sure!

i don't believe in such news, statistics and numbers.
same as you said about the Pfizer vaccine I can say about the numbers of the infected.
by the statistic numbers in my small around 9 million population, country were ~900.000 infected. in other words every tenth.
I personally know 8 people who were infected.
One was heavy,
4 stayed at home in medium condition - a few hard and no energy days,
3 with no side effects.
what these numbers are saying to us? that I can use your "Fake news for sure!"
also about the pandemic.
The pandemic is real. I experienced it also around myself. Fortunate, I live in an environment in which we afford to have PCR tests for every suspicious case, and well treatment. And yes, I experienced similar numbers (more precise, in my company we had 12% infection rate - confirmed by PCR and antibodies tests). But also we had access to vaccine here, and nobody (neither friends of my friends) was disabled. Yes, friends of my friends died with/from COVID, but nobody suffered from the vaccine.
I don't believe in both - no vaccines no pandemic. all this shit is great money that they made.
In the company I work the infection rate is 0.5%
this is really big money, but the pandemic is real, they've designed it well
