Mental health is extremely important. I can understand you are feeling low, it's best to talk to some expert who can listen to you patiently and then guide you in the right direction. Sometimes discussing your problems with others helps. It makes you feel lighter and stronger at the same time. There's a lot of emotional baggage I believe you are carrying right now, don't worry, it happens to all of us someday or the other. It's about how you deal with it. You have taken the right call to see a psychiatrist and not ignoring it. I'm sure that will help you come out of it sooner.
