hello gorgeous people in this community I will like to share how I made my delicious chinchin, I never knew I could make chinchin until when I tried it yesterday.
Here is my receipt:
Ingredients:
*2 cups flour
*1/3 cups sugar
*2teaspoons baking powder
*1egg
*1/4cup milk
*1/4 cup butter, softened
- Vegetable oil
- Confectioner's sugar
Directions;
- Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in medium bowl.
- stir in egg and milk until mixture is crumbly.
- With hands work with butter until well blended.
- Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- In heavy skillet over medium heat, heat 1 inch of oil to 365 degrees
- On lightly floured board with floured rolling pin, roll out half of dough to 1/16 inch thickness.
- With pastry cutter or sharp knife, cut dough into 3x2 inch diamonds.
- Make a slit in center of each diamonds and pull and end through the slit.
- Repeat with remaining dough util golden:drain on paper towels;cool.
- Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
This come to an end my recipe, I also open room for correction please because two head is better than one.

I've never heard about such a thing. It must be sweet? Do you add something as a topping at the end or it is enough sweet?
