Ingridient;
11/3 cups flour
2eggs
3tbsp butter
11/2cups sugar
2tsp baking powder
1/4 cups baking soda
3/4 cups cocoa powder
1/8tsp salt
3/4 tsp vanilla essence
1cup milk
Direction;
- shift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soder and salt together
*mix butter and sugar to be light as possible in a different bowl
*Add one egg at the time, beat well before adding
*stir in Vanilla or flavour of your choice.
*put In the dry ingridients alternating with milk.
*Turn into a well-greased pan and bake.
Note that chocolate cake are very delicate hence avoid shaking the oven or opening the oven until the cake is smells baked.
