Hello everyone I'm trying my best to make posts on pob at least for the reputation of my account and thank God for someone who came around to bully me today and gave me a piece of what to write about.
One guy took my seat in class today and when I walked up to him asking him to get up from the seat that I actually sat there first he asked me to say "please" and not command him. Actually I didn't command him I was polite enough but he needed me to succumb to his insolence.
I looked at the being from head to toe and didn't just know what to do with him. I had put my backpack on the seat before leaving to serve as proof that someone was there but this guy seemed to me a typical trouble maker.
I was asked by the guy to say please and not command him out of the seat that he was a "man"and "I" a woman. He further said that a man can get whatever it is he needed and a woman just had to beg.
I was already thinking which century the guy found himself in. Of course this is the twenty-first century, not those primitive times that men used to override women. Now we are bosses on our own and shouldn't be treated like tags.
You can imagine the drama because if he claimed to be that Man, he should have attended a university for only men so as not have any issues with women.
Honestly I didn't say please, who the hell was he to ask me to say please for my right? Hmmm this gender based violence is becoming too much.
Men and even small boys are now seeing themselves as demigods. All the girls in my department came to my rescue and he was shamelessly thrown off the seat.
Like what the hell? I respect men and I give them that acculence as men that they are but if any man anywhere says he wants to step on my toes because according to him he is a "man" then he is asking for trouble.
I heard that we were created out of man's ribs but hey! We've got more ribs than men and it's funny. According to the holy Bible, women are to only honor their husbands and not men!
I can't imagine any man walking out of his house to override me like what the hell? He should actually override his wife and kids at home and not another woman out there.
For crying out loud, if you look into the real mystery, we are supposed to be the boss because we work too, care for the families, get pregnant and carry such a load for nine months, take care of children, cook, mention them but what do we get? Nothing! Oh that's seriously a joke.
Any man who claims to be a man, should be a man in his house, with his wife and children and this is subject to those ones that lack respect for people, those ones who want to override people, those ones who want to sit on one's head because they are men..
We women are humans as well and should be treated right and not with coercion. We are seen as the weaker vessels and I agree but what do you do when something is fragile? Is it not to handle it with care?
I'm not opposing the strength of a man nor am I disputing the fact that a man is a man but men must also know that we are humans like them and are running the same race.
