It turns out that once you have verified your account with a legal document you are legally responsible for the use made of this account and if you decide to sell your account you will become responsible for the use made by the buyer who will surely affirm that your account will not have any misuse but the fact that these people do not create their own accounts and are willing to pay so much money for someone else's is already suspicious, don't you think?
No offense but this is a no brainer. No matter how bad your financial situation is, selling your verified account is like selling your ID or passport, which you never do.
