Yeah friend, we all have good and bad days and it's all part of life. I take a alone time in such situations, giving time to myself and yeah listening to your favorite music can be helpful. Also sometimes you don't have anything to think its better to talk to someone. Talking to someone close will remove burden from you and you will feel relaxed. I sometimes go for a long walk when I am not in right mood, also any physical activity can help channelise your energy.
