Train up a child in the way he/she should go, when he grow up he won't depart from it.
Decipline and training of children should start from when they are tender, because at younger age children can learn from mere seeing and hearing from elders and their fellow children.
If good behaviors are inculcated in them early enough, then you wouldn't be disappointed on the result you will get afterwards.
