Complaining obviously cannot help you solve anything but rather compounds them.
The time we spend complaining about a particular thing can still be used to achieve that thing.
Complaint is a sign of dissatisfaction, sometimes complaint can be useful if constructive and channeled to the right audience but at the same time detrimental when channel to the wrong audience, or even when you complain about the wrong things.
It is not really good to cultivate the habit of complaining.
