Peace and Blessing were high school classmates who moved to the same higher institution together. They weren't exactly best of friends and we're not compatible at all.
Peace like her name entails was the peaceful, calm and soft one with good home training and Blessing on the other hand was the direct opposite of Peace.
They got to higher institution and Blessing was very stranded. She didn't have a place to stay. Peace who knew her already decided to take her in. She knew within her that it was the worst decision she would make but yet, her good heart couldn't watch her friend suffer.
Blessing moved in with Peace saying that in a few days she's going to find a place for herself. Days turned to weeks and weeks turned to months. Blessing got so relaxed in the house. She received guests anyhow. Most of the guests slept over without her informing Peace. She told all her friends that the house was hers and that automatically made Peace look like the one who was squatting with her when it was the other way round.
To top it all, Blessing was very rude. She never says 'please' and acted very authoritatively like she had all the right in the world. "Peace, get me water to drink". "Peace, I'm hungry. Make something for me to eat". She was always just ordering Peace around.
Peace obviously got fed up and brought the caretaker of the apartment into the issue. The caretaker told Blessing that she should find a place to stay and if she's looking for a place to stay, he knows places. This made Blessing very sad but she decided to show her sadness in the form of anger.
She frowned with everyone. Didn't want to talk to anyone and was just generally pissed. Few days later, the caretaker of the apartment came back to check on peace and saw Blessing in the room too.
As he stepped in, Peace greeted the man but Blessing didn't. The man being a jovial man said
"Aunty Blessing, good morning" and she acted as if she didn't hear anything. That got the man so upset.
"Young lady, I'm I not talking to you?". He asked and still she didn't answer. Peace had to tell her that he was talking to her. Funny fact was that she didn't have any earpiece in her ears so she purposely refused to answer the man.
The man who had right over the house told her to pack her bags and evacuate the house by dusk the next day. That's when it all dawned on her. It was there that she came back to her senses.
Peace couldn't help her in anyway because she had always talked to Blessing concerning her attitude, but she chose not to listen and she had seen the result.
Looking at it from a different perspective, if Blessing had shown little remorse or put up a good character from the start, things would have turned out better.
Attitude matters in all you do.

What a wonderful story, most times it's good to be at peace with ur friends because you never know what tomorrow brings, peace actually tried her best to accommodate blessing but due to blessing's attitude they had to part ways
