I don't think anyone ever completely gets Vik's ramblings but the key point is that they are original and not just copied somewhere.
I think the last line is about the power of being humble.
If you humble yourself you will be lifted up. It's a spiritual way conquering the world. It sometimes takes centuries to see results but it works in the end.
It takes a while lot of expertise and racking of brains to understand his few words.
