Continuing my health Journey - 10 lbs gained so far! :)

Aloha and Good Morning my fellow wonderful hivers! I just weighed myself and in less than a month, I gained 10 lbs already! It's exciting because I was really quite worried since I was wasting away and got down to 140 lbs, which for my height (5'9") is way under weight.

I still plan on packing on at least 20 more lbs.. even if its all fat.. see, my balance sucks and I fall down about once a week,.. like for no reason.. so, I need the extra cushion. 😉😁😎👊

I'm really in no rush.. its not like I have any deadline, but I just feel better in general, If I am 170+ lbs. Why 170 lbs? Well,
I don't know about you, but I am a big fan of UFC (ultimate fighting championship) which is MMA (mixed martial arts) and I think the 170 lb guys look most healthy. Also the 185 lb and the light heavyweights at 200 lbs. (although those guys are usually taller than me at 6 feet plus).
