I'm trying to pack on a few lbs. See, I was super depressed recently and so did NOTHING and had little appetite. I lost 40 lbs, so I want to bulk back up to my original weight real soon. ππ€
Sure.. I could just eat more, but I'd rather fit into my clothes again sooner rather than later. I learned that to gain 1 lb a week, an extra 3500 calories is needed. ok, if I take in an extra 500 cals each day.. that would do it.
This is the nutrition label and as u can see there, it gives A LOT of extra calories! 1500 if mixed with milk. However, to achieve this many cals, one needs to consume 6 full scoops of the powder. At that rate of consumption, each container has only 7 servings. I think the manufacturing co just wants u to consume the stuff faster.. I don't think anyone really needs that much. :P
So, I will take a third of what they recommend, so that would give me the 500 extra cals want each day, plus 20g or protein, which is all good. :) and that way, each container holds 21 servings.. that sounds much better!
