i'm talking about a 5 minute fitness challenge i ran a while back, the goal of which was to help people establish a regular exercise habit, in the form of following along to a 5 minute workout video which i posted into a facebook group.
The challenge workouts followed much the same structure as the 5 in this playlist..

I do coach people online, though i don't have any web webpage for that. Clients have come completely by referral or because there is an existing relationship.
