A physical yoga practice is just a small part of yoga, and we teach hatha and kundalini yoga, both very suitable for beginners.

Best practiced without socks or make-up though ;-)

    Yes, I do agree with this. We meditate and practice a lifestyle that gets us grounded when we can (it's winter for 6 months here). Most the year we need socks and definitely boots outside. I say this as I'm pouring distilled water to charge my daughters Crystal mobile. I made it for her as a baby gift. Wire wrapped some crystals and hung them up. Now I'm going to have to make a post lol.
