Rigidoporus Fungi - Fungi Friday

in FungiFriday13 days ago

Hi all friends, how are you today? I always hope that everything is fine and can do activities as usual in doing daily activities.

Today I am back again with all my friends to share in the #FungiFriday community with all my friends.

My search today found a group of mushrooms growing on a tree trunk that was still standing firmly above the ground, but the top of the tree had been cut off and only left a part of the tree about 1 meter above the ground.

Of course these mushrooms will be visible even from a distance (several meters) because I will focus on the different colors between the trees or objects around the hunting ground and finally my eyes focused on this collection of cream and orange colors.

This mushroom is a mushroom Rigidoporus which grows so much from the part of the tree that has been cut down. It can be seen that these mushrooms grow from the bottom up or start from the top down and grow only in the part that is exposed to the sun in the morning, on the other side there are no signs of mushrooms growing. However, it is possible that after this side has been filled with mushrooms, it will spread to the other side.

However, the other side is indeed very less exposed to sunlight because there are many trees and bushes that block the sunlight. This mushroom looks beautiful with a cream color and a combination of orange.

This mushroom has a hard part and is not easily broken, it also looks like it has a thick part.
