Good evening friends of the #fungfriday community, on this occasion I would like to show a photo of a mushroom that I found in the Aceh forest.

The pattern on top is really nice. But the drop you caught are even better :)
@mipiano look - the tears of happiness!
oh, wow, seems that my crying mushroom has relatives in Aceh :) Cool !!
Yes, I see, in Aceh you can indeed a lot of mushrooms, that is cool!
I live in Spain, and there are not so many mushrooms but I managed somehow to catch a few ones :)
The tiniest one on the bottom is still small enough to harvest and eat.
Yeah its edible when it is at a smaller size. Once it gets too big it will be too spongy to eat. I like to tempura batter them and dip them in sweet and sour sauce since they have a slight hint of watermelon taste to them.
Beautiful! I have seen a lot of there here where I live but was unaware of their name.
There are so many fungi out there that I never seemed to notice before, but this #fungifriday thread has really opened many eyes and taught me so much about this species...
Best wishes for a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year to you in 2022!!
Cheers!
