Good Evening Community Friends #FungiFriday
I pray that everything is fine and that everything can be made easier in all matters wherever we are, on this occasion I come back to take the mushroom challenge on Friday and this is my contribution FungiFriday by @ewkaw.
The mushroom that I managed to get today is the Ear Mushroom or commonly referred to by its scientific name Auricularia auricula. This morning I was deliberately looking for mushrooms by walking into the forest and while walking my eyes were attracted to the fallen logs and it turned out that's where I found this ear fungus.
Named by the name Mushroom ear because it is shaped like an ear, the texture is even very chewy like jelly, ear mushroom has a light brown color so it is very easy to recognize, in my area this mushroom is often made soto by people because this mushroom is very safe to eat. edible and non-toxic.
As we know that every fungus can grow in humid places just like this mushroom, ear fungus is often seen on tree trunks that have been cut and fallen, from various areas sometimes ear mushrooms are cultivated because apart from being edible, it turns out This mushroom also has many properties to cure various diseases such as stroke.
Alright without further ado and here are some ear fungus photos I managed to capture today with my Samsung mobile a52.
