Guess what, I went back into our forest many many many times to forage some more π during the #autumn season and have cooked #delicious #dishes with them π₯°

I will follow the time stamps on them. So it looks like you are experiencing my #adventures on this #walk to ππ»ππ»ππ» #discover everything what I saw, like the little #details seen through my eyes.
Entering the forest in about 10 minutes I reach the first spot where I found Chanterelles. It is close by a little stream coming off the mountain. π³π²ποΈ
Look how beautiful they are π₯°
I only harvested the biggest ones and let the small #chanterelles grow further for picking later.
Zooming out you see that some smaller ones are around this larger #mushroom. Hidden little treasures π€© between the vegetation and mosses.
Walking deeper into our forest we reach an area that has abundant chanterelles. I took these photographs to find the spot again after the first time I discovered them. After a while I could hike right up to it π
This fallen tree marks where to walk up the elevationβ¦
Around the tree in the middle, where the purple π arrow points at, is the biggest spot in our forest to find chanterelles πβπ«πβπ«πβπ«
Walking up we see loads of themβ¦ goldenβ¦ and shiny β¨
I was happy after finding this spot. As nobody walks in our forestβ¦ so I am the only one that goes foraging in it π
They look good and their colour makes for them to be easily found and stand out on the forest grounds.
I must have been eating every other day chanterelles during last autumn, as there were soooo many of them. They kept growing and growing, until the snow covered them on November the 1st. βοΈ

On this day I found a whole bowl full with goodies: BLUEBERRIES, RASPBERRIES and of course some CHANTERELLES π₯°π
Such beautiful colours.
I had to clean them once inside but they were almost impeccable to start with.
Oh I was soooo spoiled with the food that our forest provided for me last season. π One of the things I for sure will missβ¦. No, letβs not think about that yet.

This is quite an adventurous hunt of mushrooms. It's actually my first time seeing a coloured mushroom, the only kind we have here in my country is the WHITE species.
It was a lot of fun π€©
Really, that is interesting. Here we find the golden one and almost creme white ones. Sometimes there are even black ones. The ones around the swampy areas. All are delicious.

I am sooo spoiled with these super fresh ones. I will never buy them again in a supermarket now I have tasted these from our own forest.
