Pick and dry them! I've never tried them myself, but I have friends who have taken them many times. I've tried a lot of other things though. Now I'm almost 70 it's a bit too late for them!

We are the same age, so yes, it's a little too late for me too! lol I'll stick to wine or Vodka!
