Do you also use mould when you make them? I had also a bigger mould in the shape of heart but I couldn't find it this time...it says how much time passed from the last time I baked. I found just that small heart, the flower and star.
Then with a glass made the round-shaped ones.
My mom also puts one hazelnut on top of each of them when baking :))
I use moulds sometimes but mostly I use a glass. I made them today, we ate them all. They are so good... 😊 I put a little sour cream in the dough and not milk, that's the only difference. And cinnamon gives them a nice aroma. I pressed with my finger in the middle a little, and put jam in it. I'll try with hazelnuts next time. 😊
Oh, with jam can be perfect too.
That is how grandmother prepared them, jam between two cookies, but maybe it was a different recipe, I am not sure.
Anyway, my son likes just like this, without jam, and if I prepare some of them next time, for sure I just want to skip trying them.... well, it will be difficult hahaha 😂
