On the occasion of this Friday, I am again preparing some beautiful mushrooms to be displayed in the #FungiFriday Community organized by @ewkaw today.
Good afternoon, how are you everyone and I hope you always have a nice day and are in good condition, a few days ago I went back around the palm oil plantations and areca nut plantations to look for mushrooms and prepare for this Friday, and hope to get some beautiful and elegant mushrooms.
When I got there I immediately walked around this garden and a moment later I found a species of small hat mushroom or better known by another name, namely Psathyrella, from the shape of the hat which looks cute with a slightly brownish yellow color and looks very interesting because this mushroom has its own characteristics.
And at that time I immediately approached it and took several different angles of the picture to make it look attractive and beautiful, and when I managed to take several angles of the picture it looked very beautiful, and you can see it below.
This mushroom usually grows on dead wood and has a rather small body shape compared to other mushrooms, especially during the rainy season there are many of these mushrooms on several dead trees, and I hope you like some of the photos of this small hat mushroom that I captured this time This.
Psathyrella is a large genus of about 400 species, and is similar to the genera Coprinellus, Coprinopsis, Coprinus and Panaeolus, usually with a thin cap and white or yellowish white hollow stem.....Wikipedia
And the second is a species of wood fungus or better known by another name, namely Pycnoporus sanguineus. At that time I saw it growing abundantly on a dead areca nut tree because its shape was similar to a fan, and with an orange color that looked very beautiful and unique, and you can see it below.
Pycnoporus sanguineus is a white rot saprobic fungus. It was discovered on Guana Island (part of the Virgin Islands) but occurs throughout the tropics and subtropics, usually growing on dead hardwoods.....Wikipedia
Then I discovered another species of mushroom which is known by another name, namely Lentinus, and this mushroom usually grows on piles of rotting wood and has a unique shape with very bright colors, and all my friends can see it below.
Lentinus is a genus of fungi in the family Polyporaceae. The genus is widely distributed, with many species found in subtropical regions.....Wikipedia
