Obviously, the mushrooms are tired of waiting for me to come to them again, and they came to me by themselves. Last week I freed a small corner of the garden from dry branches. We put these branches there in the spring, when friends helped me cut an emergency tree that threatened to fall at any moment. But I didn’t have time to do anything with these branches but finally I did it. After sending the thin branches to the garden shredder, I cut the thicker ones into firewood and breathed a sigh of relief. I don't like the mess in the garden!

However, a pleasant surprise was waiting for me. There was an old stump in the cleaned area. And a cosy family of mushrooms on it. I won't say, they looked solid and neat. It was obvious that their life under a bunch of dry branches was not easy. Nevertheless, some of them turned out to be very cute.

If they were worried about whether I would send their stump on firewood, these fears were in vain. I'm not in the habit of invading someone else's house, even if it's just an old stump 😉.
