Lol, maybe use a template, that said we recommend to use both #alive and #aliveandthriving as it can be easy to make typos, but you only need one of them to get it posted to the tribe, but as I said the longer tag is used by our curators, and they have over 160k Alive Power to vote with on @aliveandthriving, if the post does not have that tag they won't see it.
