If you haven't heard about Farming Tales yet, it is a first full 3D browser game on WAX Blockchain! It's the home to the famous Farmers World, albeit entirely different play style. Personally, I think Farming Tales is going more into game-like perspective and less of click to earn when the game is fully working. The objective is mainly to farm and actually make some stuff to be sold in the town, so called Waxchester.
The Start of it all
I got into the hype train of Farming Tales when I see it ranked 1st - 2nd on Atomic Hub, the most popular marketplace on WAX. It got me curious and look into the game. Turns out the system is sufficiently complex to my liking. It is not entirely click-to-earn, which is boring. On the other hand, the game is not too complex to give me headache. The good balance is what got me hooked into the game
My Lovely Little Farm
Now let me introduce how I organize my farm, so you can have fun and get started right now :)
As a generalist both in game-playing and in real life, I got one of everything in my farm.
1 Sheep, 1 Chicken, 1 Cow, 1 Goat, 1 Pig. (You can start to see how many variety this game offered!) I also have a garden just in case.
And there are these two buildings - the lumberjack and the fishing pier - which as of now only 1000 of the former and 700+ of the latter exist and won't be produced anymore. As an avid fan I can't lose the opportunity so I grabbed both.
My Thoughts and Cultivating My Farm
Since this game is all about crafting items, variety of stuff produced would be more likely that I can be less dependent buying things from the market. But that's just my guess though.
All being said, the ingredient system hasn't arrived yet, but pretty sure it will be so soon. Now you can earn your income in SEST, one of the game tokens!
There are more system in this game that is worth exploring, so maybe in next post I will talk about the real-life farm? Let me know what you want to hear!

Hi, welcome to hive, if you want a hand please ask, I'm here to help :) Great first post, I'm sure you're from the game discord :)
Hello @bananaminion! This is @traciyork from the @ocd (Original Content Decentralized) curation team. We noticed you shared your first post here on Hive - congratulations and welcome! It would also be awesome if you could do an introduction post, so our community can get to know you better. For information on how to write an intro post, please check out the SELF INTRODUCTION section of the post 3 things Newbies should do in their first week on Hive.
Speaking of community, we have many different ones here on the blockchain, devoted to all kinds of interests. Here's a link so you can check them all out - Hive Communities. I see you already found the Farming Tales community (of course....lol!) and you might enjoy the Hive Gaming Community as well.
Also, as Hive can sometimes be quite confusing, the newly launched Newbies Guide should be helpful to you, as it is a growing repository of useful and easy to understand posts about how the Hive ecosystem works.
Please be aware that Hive is a bit different from other social media platforms since you are monetizing your blog, so it is important not to include content that you don't own without sources (and it shouldn't exceed 50% of the post). For more information, check this post - Why and How People Abuse and Plagiarise by hivewatchers.
Since you're new, you may run into an RC (Resource Credits) error when trying to comment/post because you don't yet have enough Hive in your account yet. For assistance with a temporary delegation to get you started, be sure to check out the Gift Giver site.
For now, @lovesniper will follow your account and we are looking forward to seeing your intro post. Also, please mention (also known as tagging) @traciyork & @lovesniper in your intro post in order for us to be notified, so we can consider your post for OCD curation. Lastly, feel free to hop into the OCD Discord server if you have any questions!
