Work Relationship Between Humans And Ai; Synergy
The technological advancement of the past decade is no longer news. Spreading across every industry is the work of Ai.
We have seem Ai do things that were unimaginable. We have seen industries threatened by Artificial intelligence and for good reason.
I think that despite the versatility, dependability and adaptability of Ai, some limits should be placed in some sectors while full utilisation should be sought in some other sectors.
Jobs Where Ai can Take over
Those sectors that deal strictly with machines, materials and resources can switch to Ai. If course there would still be humans observing, organising, monitoring and ensuring things go according to plan.
Agriculture: this sector could use Ai maximally to ensure more efficient food production, less pests and infestation, better crop yield and a timely harvest.
Data interpretation in health/medicine; with proper training Ai will easily interpret medical data but it should stop at that.
Things that involve interaction with patients and relatives should be left for human s because of the empathy and sympathy that is needed most of the time.
Jobs Ai should leave for us
Those jobs that involve human interaction, especially on sensitive matters and that empathy or sympathy is crucial.
For example
Chef and Cooking Staff;
The technicality and various possibilities and varieties with each food is something that a human should handle. Inorder to produce the taste which the audience desires.
Marriage Counselling; there is need for humans to spearhead this job because how will a couple be talking to an Ai about their issues, even if the Ai is correct, the party at fault may begin to question the credibility of the Ai.
Therapist; similar to marriage counselling, people seek people for these roles because of the empathy and understanding. The human factor is very crucial in these areas.
Criminal Law: because you need to take visual cues, verbal cues and study body language, a human is best suited for this jobs.
There are also jobs where Ai could collaborate with humans to perform well and achieve better results.
Example;
Surgery; I feel that if Ai is introduced into surgery to work together with the surgeon, there would be an improvement in surgical outcomes. It would be a team effort for the benefit of the patient.

I agree AI should enhance efficiency while humans handle roles needing empathy. Synergy is key!
I believe AI and human labour can create synergy if done wisely.

I think Ai should be able to cook and serve dishes, it doesn't seem impossible for Ai to be able to do so.
