Network issues, network issues, network issues. One of the worst thing that can ever happen to you.
How terrible life can be when you needed the network the most and it failed you. When it comes to having network issues, I am not left out, the frustration is unbearable.
I have so many experience on network issues, but I would love to share the one that just recently happened to me just few months ago.
Few months ago I had an issue with my android phone and it broke down completely and I was not yet prepared to get a new one. I was saving heavily to get a new Samsung phone because of the hell I passed through using and itel phone. Unfortunately, my item phone broke down before I could even save up for my Samsung.
Being frustrated, I had no choice since most of my activities was online, I needed to get a new phone as soon possible. I was still determine to not settle for less by buying another low quality phone because of what I passed through from the previous one. I needed the Samsung phone but where was the money to get it? Nowhere.
I had to make a crazy decision of taking a loan just to get the phone. I even withdrew a major part of my Hive earnings to add up.
On the day I was to get the phone, I was excited but at the same time worried if I had made the right of taking a loan and withdrawing a major part of my hive earnings( which I was saving patiently for the bull run). I got to shop and purchased the phone. I did not go with cash, so I was supposed to do a transfer.
I did a transfer of the phone price and was debited almost all money that was in my account. I showed them my debit alert and was happy to accept my phone, but a problem came. While I was debited, the money was not credited to the recipient accounts. I was notified that they had not received the money. I became very tensed and was fidgeting.
It was almost an hour there in the phone store and yet the credit alert did not come. At this moment, it dawned on me that the network is about to show me shege(frustrate me). I became very afraid because it was weekend and the bank was not opened to go and rectify any issues.
I waiting for hours and nothing came yet. They kept asking me if I'm sure that I sent the money to a wrong account number or I did not do it well? I kept showing them proof, but it seems they did not believe me. I was also feeling like they were playing game with me, but it was still obvious it was the network. I kept waiting.
I kept waiting for hours, I could not leave that place without my brand new phone, and not even when I have already been debited my hard earned and borrowed money. It is was either I go with the phone or I sleep there.
Cutting the long story short, the network became clear after almost 10 hours and they received the credit alert. When they told me that they have seen the money, it was as if a heavy load was taking away from shoulder and heart. People kept laughing at me, asking why I was so tensed about the money as if my life depends on it. I did not blame them, if only they know how I got the money.
Network could have giving me a chronic high blood pressure that day, but thank God I was saved. I would not pray for such experience again, I almost suffered from a heart attack (Just joking sha).
