When it's comes to online shopping must people don't like getting involved sometimes because of the experience they had which was not pleasing, there is a common phrase we use here in my country what I ordered vs what I got some people see a product online and place an order only for them to get less of what they expected. Personally I haven't been there before but I've had a pleasing and satisfying experience shopping online.
A few days to Christmas last December, I ordered some items from Jumia through online shopping. I wanted a new iPad to use it for the digital art and ordered few weeks, so, normally, I was excited when it came. I went for it at Jumia office in my city, when I get there I got the package and had to unbox it there in case there is any issue but I was so amazed to find some other products provided as gifts alongside iPad.
On opening the package to see the iPad I was happy to see that the package came with a free ear pod, wrist watch, key holder and the iPad pen. For the first time ever, I had more targets to hit than I needed bullets to fire. It simply made me very satisfied with the delivery and gifts that came with it.
The whole process let me understand why people prefer to buy necessities online and without leaving their homes. The delivery process was efficient and safe and the extra gifts really topped up the whole package from Jumia. I always do business with Jumia and this experience just made me stick to doing business with this company even more.
This just proves that online shopping does not have to be boring and satisfying as long as you are selecting the proper website. Just like my own experience Jumia went an extra mile to ensure they made me a happy lady by being generous to me. I want to sincerely congratulating Jumia for the wonderful surprise and I will be glad to shop again with Jumia again next time.
I had a very good experience shopping online with Jumia last december. The iPad I asked to get for my digital drawing became a package of joy when they included additional gifts. In this case, it just proves that sometimes, an excellent gift is enclosed in an undesirable wrapper. Jumia, you have made my online shopping experience ever a wonderful one.

Consider yourself lucky. My first shopping experience on Jumia was terrible. I was a victim of "what i ordered vs what i got"

Shopping online is actually easier and stressfree.
But you can only enjoy it if you're shopping with the right vendors or platforms 😉 😏
