I'm not particularly a fan of ringtone, well maybe as one grows certain things really don't matter anymore, of course that wasn't how it was, recalling way back when i started out with my very first phone...
It was a small botton Motorola phone then with my first line, no body knew me then or hard much of my line altho, i would often call friends and relatives to tell them i had a phone now so they can call in at anytime, that small Motorola had some very loud funny ringtone, i liked and would often play it around like music...lol😄😄
Even if no body called i would set alarm with my favourite ringtone and would rush to it as if it were to be an incoming Call, or maybe just to let everyone around know that i now have a phone.
But has the days turn weeks into months and years rush buy things change from one point to another with series of phones and using my favourite song as my ringtone, especially when Frank Edwards was much around then, he was my favourite guy and i used him mostly for my ringtones and when i later discovered i could use several ringtone for different contact when calling, i did just that, for some favorite contacts or contacts i frequently call often.
I met a friend who doesn't use ringtone at all, his phone is always on silent, i asked why and how he get notify of imcoming calls alert or messages, of course thats what ringtones are meant for right, he just laugh and told me that he will know or call bck if he missed any call, i didnt know that later on i would be like that too.
For almost a month now my phone has been on silent or vibration mood, i don't fancy ringtone anymore or get intrigue by it, infact i prefer vibration mood all the time or if my phone is not on silent or vibration its on default ringtone, as a matter of fact i rarely go around settings to change or do anything around my tones..😂
Unlike before, i guess things change as times flies....
