What Productivity tool do you use for your Daily Tasks
I am starting my post with this question because I genuinely want to know if you use any tool to track your daily task, take record and plan out your life. Recently I have tried a tool for the first time and I was not really feeling it per say, and I plan trying another soon but before then, I will talk about this tool I tried out.
So the name of the tool is:
TRELLO
Trello is a productivity tool with which you can create boards for your tasks and section them like the way I did in the picture above. I made mine to be divided into ideas, to-do, in-session, and then completed.
You can then customise the cards in the boards for any type of task, either for your work tasks or personal management. I created these cards in a board which I named Daily_Tasks. And how does this board work?
Under ideas, you can create cards to list out ideas that you have in mind to work on later in the future. Let me go on by listing out some ideas then share a screenshot.

If you click on the card, you would be able to add some information about the card and maybe a deadline. By the side, there are extra informations where you can add members to the task, create labels, add attachments, or add a checklist of subtasks.
To move the card I just created to the to-do board, I just need to drag and drop with my mouse, and then we have it.
There is more to the app than I have shown here. I am still going to give my time to explore the app a little bit more but from what I have seen, I think I would prefer notion app a little bit. I can create a similar integration of this inside notion app, and yet till have my note taking features.
Right now, I have resulted back to using notion to track my daily tasks, using a template I found online. If you want to check out the notion template, you can get it below:
