Redesigning My Phone for a Fresh New Year Look.

When I first came across the idea of changing my phone’s layout or design, i wasn’t really interested. I felt my phone was fine the way it was. But after giving it some thought, I realized a little change could make things better. So, I decided to redesign my phone to just give it a fresh and polished look for the New Year.

To start with, I’m a big fan of dark mode. I just find it more comfortable for my eyes, especially at night, and it gives my phone a sleek appearance. That’s why almost all my apps are set to dark mode, and I made sure to keep that consistent in the redesign.

Next, I took a look at my wallpaper. Normally, I don’t pay much attention to these. As long as my phone works fine, I don’t really care about how it looks. But this time, I felt like trying something new. The wallpapers and themes I had before didn’t really excite me—they were literally just plain and uninteresting. So, I decided to explore the Play Store for something more appealing. That’s when I came across this app called Live Wallpapers.

Before the change, my wallpaper was just normal. But for the New Year, I decided to go for something livelier and more refreshing. I downloaded and picked a live wallpaper that features a beautiful scene of clouds and a waterfall. The inspiration behind this choice was simple: I wanted something that would brighten my mood every time I unlocked my phone. The view of the clouds and the flowing waterfall is so calming and refreshing . Also, it involves some birds flying in the sky. I actually just loved the all round view because it has to do with nature. I usually don’t use live wallpapers, so this was a nice change from the norm.

Even after changing the wallpaper, I still felt like my phone’s layout wasn’t quite there yet. My apps were all over the place, and it took me forever to find the ones I needed. Sometimes, I had to swipe through multiple screens or use the search bar to locate a specific app. It was frustrating and time-consuming. So, I decided to reorganize everything for better accessibility.

Initially, my apps were scattered randomly across several screens. To fix this, I identified the apps I use the most and grouped them into different folders. I even gave the folders a name to make it easier to spot. Now, with just one tap, I can access all my frequently used apps without any stress or difficulty.

But then I didn’t stop there. I wanted to give my phone an even more unique touch, so I changed the font. I went with a style called Samsung Sans, which I think looks modern and clean. The new font adds a subtle but noticeable difference to the overall feel of my phone.

In the end, I was really pleased with how everything turned out. The changes made my screen look more better , and I now enjoy using it even more. From the live wallpaper to the neatly arranged apps and the new font, every little detail came together perfectly.

Thanks for reading.
