Digitally I would say I am a very disorganized person. If my digital life were to be the state of my house, I know for certain that it would be messy. Currently I have over 2000 unread emails simply because I was too lazy to open them when I saw the sender and the heading. Okay I have the three different mails for different purposes and all of them are very messy with lots of unread Emails and spam piled up. I could wake up tomorrow and feel like deleting all the mails in my spam folder and do the much needed clean up of my emails, but I'm often too occupied, or so I say. This is the reason I tell people to inform me before sending me mails, and if they don't they had better have a very catchy phrase that would make me want to open the email as soon as the notification pops up. With how disorganized my emails are, I manage to know where all the information is.

This includes mails as old as five to seven years ago. This is because I have always had a code I use in saving important details. Others will definitely find it hard to understand, but they are very easy for me to locate. I hardly lose information, I'm hardly careless and usually have backups that are intertwined. I can say my organization structure is very weird, but at the same time very simple to me as I try to keep things as simple as possible for myself. This is why I have never had issues forgetting a password or username for any online account. Not that I use one username, but with how I form my usernames and passwords, I can easily remember which is which for an account. For example my username on hive is kilvnrex and on discord is klvnrex. Both look the same but are very different which is very intentional.
I started doing this after having forgotten four different accounts with Facebook in my early days as a user. By the time I formed the code I have been using, I still have access to my social media account that was created in 2016 which is almost 10 years old. Facebook then helped and made it easier providing more security which has also helped me. In a nutshell, I am not digitally organized, but at the same time I don't miss anything making my privacy top notch. I tried showing my partner my phone password one day and she got confused, unable to remember and always asking me. It took her time to get accustomed to my pattern which is for just unlocking my phone. I still wonder how she will get accustomed to my other account. Although I like my privacy, I think it would be good for just one person to have a clue to accessing things about me just in case of unforseen circumstances.

That's a lot of chaos to go through daily. Do you also ask your employer to inform you before they send you emails?
I have an official mail for company duties.
And the Nigerian Coporate world has a habit of letting you know of an email they sent...
(At least al the ones I have been privilllaged to work with)
