My phone battery lasts well. The thing is that I have never taken the time to check for how long it lasts from when it's fully charged until the battery dies but I think it should be up to 8 hours or more depending on how long I use it and for what.
It's an Infinix phone, so I guess lasting battery is one of its perks. I use my phone a lot, and it's not like I do so much, but then, I still always use it. Not as much as any of my siblings use theirs anyway.
Ever since this year, since I resumed school here in the North, I've had to charge it very often, even when the battery is just halfway used. Before now, i could just charge it fully and use it throughout that day, but not anymore.
That is because the light here is unsteady, and I can't afford to let the battery run through to finish. I've noticed that when there's a power outage, the battery drains faster than when there's light. I can't tell the connection between the two, but that's how it feels to me.
I can not always afford to go out, around the vicinity, looking for where to charge. And being a school environment, charge-and-pay costs three times what it did back at home. And too bad for me, i do not even own a power bank yet.
I'm not conversant with hacks and all that. The only thing I could do that I think is helpful to some extent is turning off my data when not in use to avoid the many notifications and background apps from running and depleting my battery and then, occasionally applying the power saving feature on my phone.
Other than these, there's not more that I know. And good for me, my battery lasts fairly well, thus giving me little to no reason for worry. And that's that.
