HOLA AMIGOS.
Hace unos días grave algunos clip y pensé en hacer un Short video y bueno hoy me puse a editar mis tomas sobre ese día de caminar, conectar y reflexionar sin duda alguna. Bueno en pocas palabras me encuentro contenta de poder compartir mi primer Short video con ustedes en este hablo sobre un tema de importancia de conectar con la naturaleza sobre todo porque pasamos mucho tiempo tras de una computadora y llevamos una vida muy sedentaria la mayoría de los que hacemos vida acá en Hive, pero la cosa es que debemos salir a caminar aunque sea un rato en el día y agarrar un poco de luz solar ya que esta también nos ayuda, por otro lado al caminar sentimos esa conexión con la naturaleza y nos sentimos vivos. En el video les comento sobre una persona muy espiritual este es Sadhguru.
