Hola hola! Un grato saludo para todos. Estoy muy contento por que comenzamos el año practicando un buen deporte como lo es el running y aun más ya que nos logramos reunir para hacer esta practica de vida y salud este fin de semana en las instalaciones del Parque La Guaricha en la ciudad distinta (Maturin); Desde muy tempranos nos alistamos para reunirnos con los integrantes que pudieron reunirse, luego de una pequeña conversación de saludo comenzamos con el estiramiento para ir calentando los músculos.
Cuando ya estábamos listo para la carrera preparamos la app de Strava defenimos la ruta para pasar por donde existe más sombra de los árboles ya que el sol fatiga demasiado porque eran más de las 8am y para sorpresa algunos pavos reales estaban sueltos los podrán ver en el video.
Cabe destacar que en mi objetivo era mínimo 5k sin embargo los resultados obtenidos no fueron los establecidos, esta semana en una de las practicas si lo logré sin embargo quedé muy agotado y al otro día sentí un poco se fatiga. Progresivamente los iré haciendo aunque sea en 1 oportunidad a la semana. Estos son los resultados obtenidos
Al finalizar descansamos un poco y nos pusimos al día con las nuevas tendencias y de allí pasamos por muchos temas que el tiempo pasó y no nos percatamos jejeje.
