We struggled Growing Legs, So we are lowering overall muscle mass

So if you saw my previous comp you'd see my legs were a massive down fall as they didn't match my upper body. This is due to the marathon running. Over the past year I went on a bulk to try increase leg size but it hasn't worked out to well for me and I guess I am genetically built different in the legs. This is a common thing each body is different and different people develop differently. So after a some what failed attempt to grow legs. I decided to try reduce overall muscle size on my upper body.

Here are the results so far.
