Hello #Hive Lovers and #r2cornell community..

In denotation, the actual meaning of "Apam" cake has been explained above, namely a traditional Acehnese cake made from rice flour which is stirred with hot water until it is thick like flour mixture for fried bananas and added with salt.

Then pour a spoonful the size of a small ladle into a special concave Apam mold made of earth or an iron pan that has been smeared with oil or margarine and then heated.

This Apam cake is usually eaten with grated coconut mixed with palm sugar or granulated sugar. However, there are also those who consume it with coconut milk sauce mixed with ripe jack fruit, granulated sugar and a little salt. Most Acehnese people like Apam because it tastes savory and sweet.

Well, This cake every day made by many women, but not today, my friends and I are trying to make this cake in the style of men. Just keep it simple without prioritizing aesthetics and looking at the final result and taste. Well, so far, we've enjoyed this and found the taste to be pretty decent. The delicious taste can already be felt, although in the end it will be even more delicious if drizzled with sweet sauce.

In general, this tradition is a local tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation and is still practiced today. Usually it is to welcome a traditional event and religious commemoration. But it's okay if it's made like today without any tendencies and just for fun.

Minimal equipment only placed next to the house. The important thing is to eat together and to fill the weekend. What do you think ? Can you make this cake? There are lots of references to this cake-making tutorial. Please try it
