Las Vegas, Day 2

in R2cornell3 years ago

The generation gap is something that we have to deal with always. Old men like me always hesitate to interact with the current generation and always find it hard to cope up with their lifestyle. Our generation was simple, hard-working, and more like an analog system, where nowadays the current modern generation believes in technology and modernization.

I am not against anything, my children are all dependent on technology and they are living their life fully with the help of technology. It's me who still hesitate to consider such a modern lifestyle. I love the privacy and I am a private person. I belong from that era where we used to walk a lot just to buy some food. Online stuff is beyond my brain but I am lucky that my children and grandchildren always teach me new things. Because of them I now know many things and being able to use my smartphone as well.

Truly speaking with the help of our children, our Las Vegas trip was successful. I was able to book my flights online and also booked our apartment online. The location of our apartment was beautiful and because of my son, we got a cheap apartment in a very nice and prominent location. Our apartment was close to Venetian Hotel and Palazzo, Piazza San Marco street. The view from the apartment was beautiful and we stayed on the 15th floor of the apartment. High-rise tall apartment from where beautiful hotels can be seen.

Yesterday I have written about my trip, today I am going to write more about the trip.

We always remember good things about trips, we hardly recall bad memories or incidents. But a trip is never going to be successful if something bad doesn't happen right? I mean, without bad moments, how a trip will be so memorable right? That's my belief. We also had to face bad situation is Las Vegas too. My daughter lost her chain, our room was not ready and our check-in time was not appropriate. But overall our family trip was successful.

I had taken some pictures from the apartment window, my wife loved that room very much. Every morning she used to spent her time standing infront of the window. I don't know what she used to think seeing such buildings but I used to see only a luxurious lifestyle through the window.

Walking there on the street and infront of the buildings had felt amazing, many tourists were there. Some were curious like me, others were busy enjoying their self-moment. I was wondered how many dollars people spend here per night.

We stayed there for 3 days and later we caught our flight to Washington DC. I will write about it later.
