Hello family, it's a beautiful thing to be writing here and I am so thrilled. I am Queen by name, a writer, speaker, teacher and human resource personnel by profession.
I love people, I love to meet new people, and love to make new friends but I surprisingly don't have so many friends. I have many people I talk to but very few people are in my close circle and I believe that's how it's meant to be, right?
Understanding my weaknesses, I have decided to only surround myself with positive people. I stay in a country where things are a bit difficult, why should I surround myself with negative and toxic people?
I am calm and reserved but I can also be very playful when I get comfortable in a place or around a person, you don't want to try me😄😄.
Speaking of toxic people, I am at a point in my life where I have to decide in either staying at a place of work where I have been for 10 months but I don't feel the best of myself, the organization or team makes me feel less of myself, I don't feel motivated to work neither is there room for me to freely express myself, I don't get paid regularly, for me it's a place one can call toxic workplace.
So I either have to remain there or change job to a new offer I got, a place which looks like promising but with a lesser pay, a very little pay.
What would you advise I do?

But you know sometimes, you know what to do yet it feels like a difficult decision to make
See beauty queen. For me, I would say you should change. Why stay at a place that is not encouraging and yet they don't pay you well. Doesn't make sense now.
I think this is just the best decision I can make for myself right now. Thanks 😊
