I heard the news this morning in this post
from @reiseamateur and my heart broke into a million pieces.
The last DM I received from @beeber was on December 2nd and I didn't receive a Christmas card this year, so I was worried.
I will miss her so much. We often connected in the Ecency discord Live Chat and used it as our private chat room having lovely conversations.
We worked closely as Ecency Discord mods and learned how many interests we had in common.
We each had a Meyers Lemon tree growing in a pot and shared growing tips and comparisons.
She was a great Shadow Hunter and often searched for shadows to enter the SMASh Contest. I love this shadow selfie that she took in the hospital garden.
We both loved watching the moon, and because she saw the moonrise first in Europe she would take photos and tell me that she was sending me the moon along with her love and hugs.
I will be sending you my love and hugs every time I watch the moon rise, my dear friend.

Beeber was one of the loveliest, kindest and thoughtful people who you could know. This news is so heartbreaking. We miss you terribly Beeber and will never forget you.
I love that she will be here forever on the blockchain and we can always go back and read her posts. ♥️
Oh, no… these are the worst news we could get. This hurts. 😔 Beeber was the first person who spoke to me on Ecency's Discord. She was lovely and a beautiful soul, always helping and supporting with kind words. I will miss her so much. I send you a big hug, dear Melinda. ❤️

I read about her passing earlier today, and the news hit me hard. I didn’t know her that well, but I do remember her fondly and the wonderful conversations we shared during the Live Shows on Eceny a few months ago. It's a bit paradoxical that she left us on Christmas Day, but I hope her memory brings comfort to those who knew her best. May @beeber rest in peace! God bless us all!

Oh my god! I have tears in my eyes as I write this. @Beeber was one of the first and nicest persons I've met on Hive. It's so sad that she is gone. She was so positive and tried to see the best in her life even she had to deal with this. I loved her garden and food posts.

I have seen this user on hive several times and really felt the pain of her loss. I never met her nor did we have any connection but it suddenly brought a layer of sadness:(
She was much more active before you joined. She developed cancer and has been forced to battle with that for a while now.

Gutted when I heard earlier today. Beeber was the reason Talk Time with Tengo came to be and beeber was the reason Matilda become such a thing.

Yes, it was bad news. For a while, after her illness, I didn't believe it was that bad, but as she checked in less and less, I just hoped it wasn't from illness.
Unfortunately, her fate was written differently. I hope she is better among the angels.
