To finish the posting of edibles/medicinal mushroom species here is a mix of edible mushroom species - Kuehneromyces mutabilis, Agaricus Bisporus, Flammulina velutipes. (Top down)
Kuehneromyces mutabilis is very close to Nameko, but with less of the typical "slime" built up :)
Agaricus Bisporus - thats the typical supermarket mushroom the famous "Champignon"
Flammulina velutipes - Known as Enoki (or Enokitake) it is usually grown in bottles out of the neck. On a bag culture it wasn't really performing too good. So I stopped growing it, also because the taste wasn't really catching attention of the family members...
ofc hashtags do the job. just choose good ones. which are good one? that is a question!
i recommend you to add #mushroom and try #medicinal #gogreen #gardening and also #ecotrain (this one covers everything from nature, permaculture, environment, earth building, spirituality, alternative ways of living and Being and basically anything that relates to changed interactions with one another and Mother Earth. New paradigm stuff. :)
maybe entering to #AmazingNature challenge will help too? if you would want to work on making your community More Visible to the folks -- then do it.
your stuff is awesome!

This is a mushroom people grow for its natural medicine power, and not the taste. It's a big one in Chinese medicine. Teaching people how to grow this - and WHY - is really important. Where do people get spore from? How long does it take? A bit more information and some different tags will help this along.
