Pleurotus Ostreatus - Winter Oyster

Most of those pictures are already from 2004. Had lots of bags in those days, they were growing quite well with plastic foil around the big rolled bags which had an open bottom. The humidity in that old bathrom was just perfect and I sprayed them daily. I reall love how Oysters come out from the bag's sides and how this then looks.
I did grow this "general Oysters" again in 2009 for some time but now only grow the Kings Oysters, since they have a better taste and just are easier to fruit with the plastic boxes I use.
