If you are a coffee lover, just smelling it makes you happy, even if it is in powder form when you open the package, as well as drinking it is a pleasure, we enjoy every sip and it is a sacred moment, which can be shared with a family member or friend, especially to talk and obviously express how delicious the coffee is or the quality of it if you are trying a new brand, now, if that coffee is accompanied by a dessert, it is even better and that is what happened to me a week ago when I tasted one of the best carrot cakes in history.
I have a great friend named Tomasina, she is a gem of a person and also loves coffee, so if we meet, either at her house or when we go out for a walk or buy something, it involves drinking coffee, on the other hand, we wanted to see each other before the end of 2021, so we agreed to go buy food for her cats and then go for a coffee in some place of the famous Caracas Mall called Sambil.
Consequently, on December 30 I happened to be looking for home and after buying the sack of cat food, we went to the Mall and there we found a headquarters Paramo Café, very striking and what made us or invited us to stay in the place, was not only drinking coffee, was how delicious the carrot cake was via, I am a little afraid to try new flavors, I must change that, especially knowing that in these cafes there is so much variety, which will allow me to share with this community the experiences of different flavors.
On the contrary, my friend is more daring and began to ask the cashier for different names on the menu, which by the way, in my opinion was somewhat uncomfortable to see because the letters were very small, so after asking for several of them, she decided to take one, of which I no longer remember the name, but if the mixture was a shock of strong coffee, I didn't try it, but Tomasina told me it was delicious, now the carrot cake was a delight, it was really fresh and well prepared, it was so delicious, as you can see in the pictures I barely remembered to take a picture of it, as soon as I tasted it I couldn't stop eating, hahaha. The only thing I didn't like was the topping, as it was made of the famous mixture of sugar and whipped margarine, which, although it tastes good, it gets cloying very quickly.
As for this Páramo Café, I liked that it is on a terrace and its center or kitchen is in the shape of a rectangular triangle, which allows you to observe everything they do inside, it was decorated for the dates, which made it look attractive and shares an outdoor space with other premises, tea, coffee and restaurants that are on that level, as is customary in this franchise, It has its area to show its nice cups for sale and its different coffee roasts, in which there are also some antique appliances, this time I did not dedicate myself so much to take pictures of the place, I share with you just a few and some of the decoration of the mall that had many, but many lights everywhere, which I love called my attention and made me think about how much money they would have spent on such decoration.
To sum up, there is nothing like a delicious coffee, but if we can accompany that coffee with a delicious dessert, we will delight even more, either at home or when drinking coffee somewhere, if you can accompany it, do it, as it will be even more delicious taste, so I say goodbye until a future publication.
Si eres amante del café, el solo olerlo te hace feliz, así sea en polvo cuando destapas el empaque, así como tomarlo es un placer, disfrutamos cada sorbo y es un momento sagrado, que puede ser compartido con algún familiar o amigo, sobre todo para conversar y obviamente expresar lo delicioso que esta el café o la calidad del mismo si se está probando alguna nueva marca, ahora, si ese café va acompañado de algún postre, es mejor aun y eso fue lo que me ocurrió hace ya una semana en la que probe una de las mejores tortas de zanahoria de la historia.
Tengo una gran amiga que se llama Tomasina, ella es una joya de persona y además ama también el café, así que si nos reunirnos, ya sea en su casa o al salir a dar una vuelta o comprar algo, implica tomar café, por otra parte, queríamos vernos antes de que terminara el 2021, así que quedamos en ir a comprar alimento para sus gatos y luego ir a tomarnos un café en algún local del conocido Centro Comercial de Caracas de nombre Sambil.
Por consiguiente, el 30 de diciembre me paso buscando por casa y luego de comprar el saco de alimento para gatos, fuimos al Centro Comercial y allí encontramos una sede Paramo Café, muy llamativa y lo que nos hizo o invito a quedarnos en el lugar, no fue solo tomar café, fue lo deliciosa que se vía la torta de Zanahoria, así que ambas pedimos una, en mi caso para acompañar como es mi costumbre tome un guayoyo pequeño, soy un poco miedosa para probar nuevos sabores, debo cambiar eso, sobre todo sabiendo que en estos cafés hay tanta variedad, lo cual me permitirá compartir con esta comunidad las experiencias de diversos sabores.
Por el contrario, mi amiga es más atrevida y comenzó a preguntarle a la cajera por diversos nombres en el menú, que por cierto, en mi opinión era algo incomodo de ver ya que las letras eran muy pequeñas, así que luego de preguntar por varios de ellos, se decidió por tomar uno, del cual ya no recuerdo el nombre, pero si la mezcla era un shock de café fuerte, con crema de leche, yo no lo probe, pero Tomasina me señalo que estaba delicioso, ahora la torta de zanahoria era una delicia estaba verdaderamente fresca y bien preparada es más estaba tan deliciosa, que como podrán apreciar en las fotos apenas recordé tomarle una foto ya que apenas la probe no podía parar de comer, jajaja. Lo único que no me gusto fue su cubierta ya que estaba compuesta de la famosa mezcla de azúcar y margarina batida, que si bien es de buen sabor, empalaga muy rápido.
En cuanto a este sede de Páramo Café, me gusto que está en una terraza y su centro o cocina es en forma de un triangulo rectángulo, lo que te permite observar todo lo que realizan dentro, estaba decorado con motivo de las fechas, lo que lo hacia lucir atractivo y comparte un espacio al aire libre con otros locales, de té, café y restaurantes que se encuentran en ese nivel, como es costumbre en esta franquicia, tiene su área para mostrar su lindas tasas a la venta y sus diferente tostados de café, en las cuales también hay algunos aparatos antiguos, en esta oportunidad no me dedique tanto a tomar fotografías del lugar, les comparto solo algunas y algo de la decoración del centro comercial que tenia muchas, pero muchas luces por todas partes, lo cual me encanto llamo mi atención y me hizo pensar en cuanto dinero habrían gastado en dicha decoración.
Para resumir, no hay nada como un rico café, pero si ese café lo podemos acompañar de algún rico postre, nos deleitaremos aún más, así ya sea en casa o al tomar café en algún lugar, si lo puedes acompañar hazlo, ya que será aún más delicioso su sabor, así me despido hasta una próxima publicación.

I do like a nice carrot cake. In fact, it's one of my favourite cakes to have with black coffee or cappuccino. I've never had one that's fully covered in icing, so I believe you when you say it's the best carrot cake ever.
