V60 Overview
This is a coffee pour over technique that focuses on water being poured in concentric circles. This allows for every coffee ground to saturated and for a full extraction of flavor from the grounds. The Japanese company, Hario is well known for their heat resistant glassware and pour over related products.
Apparatus :
- Means of water heating & pouring water eg. Gooseneck kettle
- V60 filter papers
- Glassware for dripping & collection.

Happy day, what a great post you bring us enjoy with you the process you were performing, the photos came out very well, you can appreciate perfectly that the processes you are performing to the coffee, I liked the final color of the coffee and the description of the flavor sounds like I would like it very much.
me on I'm convinced it's the best of all methods. Even though I enjoy it a lot with other methods, I have always felt that the playfulness that this drip method gives to obtain different characteristics with the same coffee is magical.
However I've never dared to try to make it myself, just feel safe at home with the French press, because I'm a little afraid of being disappointed by myself hahaha.
