Visit to the Par-Artesá Coffee Shop
Greetings! On Sunday August 21 I had the opportunity to go to a place called Par-Artesá, this is located near my residence, in the city of Cagua, Estador Aragua - Venezuela, then I tell you my experience.
This place is not only a place to have coffee; it is also a bakery and restaurant. There we can find pizzas, elaborate sweets, cakes, coffees of various specialties and much more. Since the area that concerns us is coffee, I share with you the menu available for all lovers of this beverage:
As you can see, the variety of options that we coffeelovers have to have a good coffee are wide. On this occasion, I wanted to treat myself to a Moka, it was very delicious, they have a very well trained barista and I hope to try on another occasion, a special coffee from one of the filtered coffees reviewed: Aeropress, Chemex or French Press.
The decoration of the place is simple, with ornaments of plants and flowers, it can be considered minimalist and that makes it a very cozy place. It is ideal to attend to chat with friends, share with family; on the other hand, the musical background of the cafeteria is instrumental, which allows a perfect atmosphere for gatherings and meetings, for celebrations, business or any other reason.
The image above illustrates the different modalities for preparing a delicious coffee, a way of getting to know how to appreciate the different flavors of the bean; it should be noted that there are other important processes, such as: cultivation, harvesting, roasting, among others. Roles assumed by coffee growers and roasters, who together with the barista make the preparation of coffee an art form.

¡Saludos! El domingo 21 de agosto tuve la oportunidad de ir a un local llamado Par-Artesá, este se encuentra cercano a mi residencia, en la ciudad de Cagua, Estador Aragua - Venezuela, a continuación les relato mi experiencia.
Este local aparte de ser un sitio para tomar café; también es una panadería y restaurante. Allí podremos encontrar pizzas, dulces elaborados, tortas, cafés de diversas especialidades y mucho más. Debido a que el área que nos compete es el café, les comparto el menú disponible para todos los amantes de esta bebida:
Como se puede observar, la variedad de opciones que tenemos los coffeelovers para tomar un buen café son amplias. En esta oportunidad, quise darme un gusto con un Moka, estuvo muy delicioso, tienen un barista muy bien capacitado y espero probar en otra ocasión, un café especial proveniente de algunos de los filtrados reseñados: Aeropress, Chemex o Prensa francesa.
La decoración del local es sencilla, con ornamentos de plantas y flores, se puede considerar minimalista y eso lo hace un sitio muy acogedor. Es ideal para asistir a charlar un rato con amigos, compartir en familiar; por otra parte, el fondo musical de la cafetería es instrumental, lo que permite un ambiente perfecto para tertulias y reuniones, por celebración, negocios o cualquier otro motivo.
La imagen superior nos ilustra las distintas modalidades para preparar un rico café, una forma de conocer cómo se puede apreciar los distintos sabores del grano; cabe destacar que existen otros procesos importantes, tales como: el cultivo, la recolección, el tostado, entre otros. Roles asumidos por los caficultores y tostadores, quienes junto con el barista hacen la preparación del café todo un arte.

vaya, es un espacio muy bonito. No sé si sabes que a pesar de vivir en Bogotá desde hace 4 años, soy del estado Aragua, Cagua no era uno de los sitios que más visitaba, pero es un lugar que me agrada.
Cuando vaya a Venezuela, probablemente me de un paseo por esa zona.
